    Friday: 630 pm
    Thinking about food constantly. It hurts lol
    Have kids baseball game at 7pm and going to have to hit gym late tonight around 930 pm.
    Shoulders and calves tonight.
    Thank god for pre-workout, going to need it tonight.
    Fucking weekends are a bitch for staying within macros. That dinner last night was not worth all day of fasting, fuck me.

    Monday: I pulled a rib muscle on Saturday afternoon getting out of car. From Sat night through
    this AM I was bed ridden and I ate like a fat undisciplined pig. F###############K!

    GOD DAMN IT!!! 218 lbs Right back where I was. I will fast for today and get back on the rail.

    Thursday: I think I'm good enough to train tonight.
    No exercise for 4 days now. no macro counting, no progress.
    I have not shown total dedication to this so I'm not going to think about starting test/win cycle.

    I'm 218 and hopefully holding 8-10 lbs of H2O. I can shed that within the next 7 days, I hope.
    Going to cut out my carbs for the next few weeks and see how it goes.

    Breaking 200 lbs is going to be huge success for me. Please GOD, give me the strength to stay consistent.

    Which one is the recent pic?

    No shirt or tan and flexing?

    No shirt, would say around 24-26%

    Tan, prob closer to 20%

    They all were from last Friday. Thanks very much. I was guessing in the neighborhood of 25-30%

    My pics are so deceiving with shirt on. All my fat is packed on my torso.

    Right on track. Another 2lbs gone. I'm going back up to 150g carbs. Training/energy was effected this week being under that.

    Friday pm

    Hovering 206-208 which is what I expect for another few days. Upping the carbs will surely put a few pounds minimum of H2O.
    Been having serious issues with dryness of hands to the point of cracks/bleeding on finger tips. I have been sleeping with rubber gloves on and shit load different moisturizers. Sleep, lets say has been hellish. It's about 10 times worse than sleeping with your socks on.

    Back and Bi's tonight pretty much made my hands feel like they were on fire all night. I got through it though.

    Just finished my last meal and feel content. I took the kids to Sonic for milkshakes earlier and wanted one in a baaaaad way but said fuck that, it aint worth the work or waking up annoyed I went over.

    This weekend is going to be a choir/challenge (most weekends are right?) with a bunch of traveling for kids softball/baseball. Thank god I don't drink like most parents.

    Off to bed..............
