    no carbs on non training days for ultimate fat loss??

    so on a strict cut atm, allow myself a cheat meal saturday nights but apart from that all strict. dropped my carbs on training days lower than before also trying to stay around the 50g carb mark or below on non training days. i train 2 days on 1 day off on training days i consume around 200g or slightly under carbs depending on what i train. im 93kg and about 15% i would say. is this a good protocol to use ? for example heres rough diet below:

    TRAINING DAYS
    1. 3 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, coffe
    2. 200g chicken, 150g brown basmati, handful spinach
    3. 200g chicken, 150g brown basmati, handful spinach
    4. 200g 0% total yogurt, 25g whey protein, 50g blueberries, 50g oats (PWO)
    5. 200g steak, medium baked sweet potato, handful spinach
    6. 300g low fat cottage cheese

    NON TRAINING DAYS
    1. 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 200g lean steak, handful spinach
    2. 200g total yogurt, 25g whey protein, 50g blueberries
    3. 200g chicken breast, handful spinach, large tomato
    4. 200g chicken breast, handful spinach, half avacado
    5. 300g low fat cottage cheese

    that has been last 2 days diet. im also using some aas to help maintain muscle and get away with a slightly harsher cut. what you guys think DIET wise ? cheers

    Looks good to me boss

    Eat that way for about 2 weeks and see where that takes you, then reassess
