What should my proteins, carbs, and fats be per day in order to lose weight?
~230 lbs with 25% body fat
TDEE ~ 3500
Goal is -2 lbs a week so I am aiming to consume about 2500 calories a day? or is that too big of a deficit?
Workout daily for about 90 mins, pretty intensely.
Should I aim to get a gram of protein per pound I weigh?
What happens/how would one feel if they doubled, or completely cut out carbs?
