Diet for me
Been looking around to see what exactly my macros should be and I cannot come to a conclusion. 0 carbs? some carbs? what is some carbs? how much fat ect..
What should my proteins, carbs, and fats be per day in order to lose weight?
~230 lbs with 25% body fat
TDEE ~ 3500
Goal is -2 lbs a week so I am aiming to consume about 2500 calories a day? or is that too big of a deficit?
Workout daily for about 90 mins, pretty intensely.
Should I aim to get a gram of protein per pound I weigh?
What happens/how would one feel if they doubled, or completely cut out carbs?

No idea, have never really tracked my intake before.

Simply eat at your TDEE for a couple of weeks to see where you land. Most people will start losing weight simply doing that. If you want to add one thing it would be to make sure you get enough protein which is, generally, 1g/lb of lean body mass. You can use Myfitnesspal to track you intake. Not perfect but close enough.
