    Cheat Meal Frequency When On Diet?

    When on a diet, is it ok to eat a cheat meal once a week or should it be once a month or what?

    I am looking at a 12" pizza

    I have a cheat meal once a week with my girl she has to put up with me warming up my chicken and brown rice in her microwave all week so it's nice to sit down and have a normal meal on a fri night..sometimes I even have a drink or two..I try to place it after I do a big muscle group and eat a lotta meat my favs are meat lovers pizza or a fajita..it doesn't seem to affect me at all..Besides making me bloated for a day or so.

    It matters your goals and such. When bulking I will say I have 2 cheat meals a week. When cutting I will have 1.

    But then again sometimes I will go on a bender and fest for a week Witch is awesome. Well until I rethink what I have done!

    I try to think of cheat meals as refeed meals more then cheat meals

    If you're on a bulk and you know how to cook and track macros there's no need for a cheat meal because you can eat awesome every meal.

    When I'm on a cut I like to save all my cheat meals and have one crazy day every few weeks.

    Eating two chicken burritos is depressing if I can't follow it up with a double order of nachos and a few Mexican cokes.

    What kind of diet, Mr. Small? Are you cutting? If so, how has your progress been so far?

    I have gone down to 1700 cals. Progress is around a pound loss per week, so that is normal.

    0% cheat meal for me. Im turning 30 this summer Im a man now. No excuses. My body is my temple and i worship it. Maybe one day ill cheat but my cheat meal frequency is based simply on benefit.

    If it benefits me to take an attractive girl on a dinner date? Cheat meal time. I dont cheat without a great reason.

    If your about the life then your about it. If your kind of about it then your just kind of about it. Im about it man. Clean living. I enjoy what im eating but like i said my body is my temple and i dont feed it crap and I dont play.

    I cook all my meals a week in advance
    This means if you open up my fridge you will see 49 treys because i eat 49 meals a week (7 per day). Outside of that i dont eat anything so its easy not to cheat. I got my insulated lunch bag.. i got my water and im good to go. Want a slice of pizza? No thanks. Sometimes people like to tease me about it but at the end of the day you wish you had my will power
