    I am at a loss

So, I have been doing what I think pretty well with my diet and recently, gained weight. Here is my typical diet.

    My Stats:
6'1 260lbs (9lb increase in the past few weeks). Overall down from about 305lbs

Morning: 4 eggs with a slice of swiss or Protein Shake (about 60 Grams of Protein) & Green tea
Lunch: Protein Shake (about 60 Grams of Protein)
    Pre Workout: suppliment
After Workout: Protein Shake (about 60 Grams of Protein)
Dinner: Chicken (breast or ground Chicken). Mixed vegetables or and avocado.

The biggest difference is that I have increased my water intake. I drink anywhere between 60 ounces to about 100 ounces a day.

    What can I adjust?

    Thank you in advance.

Your diet is, to put it bluntly, the worst I have seen in a looooong time. You eat about as much as a sparrow. Actually, you drink it instead of eating it. How you have actually gained weight with this little intake is beyond me unless you have serious issues with your metabolism or thyroid.

    What are your goals?

    What is your exercise routine?

How long have you been 'eating' like this?
