I'm not a professional but this little trick has helped me out a lot. Lets get real, eating clean everyday without cheating is hard for a lot of us. I see so many people that eat great and have a cheat meal once a week/month. Well I couldn't go that long without a burger until I started doing this: Cheat once a day. And no I don't mean on the GF/Wife or both, I mean on meals. If I have a bad breakfast then I'm going to do my best to make sure my lunch and dinner are really healthy. If I know I'm eating pizza and beer for dinner, then my breakfast and lunch will be super clean. Just sticking to this game plan helped me turn one cheat meal a day to one every other day, until I found myself up to once a week. Dropping soda is another great tip, but that damn sweet tea is hard to give up.
