Finding a good hot sauce?
Last year I was doing chicken to death with hot sauce. Now.. I cannot stomach them. I tried
Franks Red Hot
Tobasco
Siracha
Chiloola
I am looking for a mild one cause my stomach is sensitive. I tried adding fresh jalapeno to my food and chipotle spice. No go. but I really like their taste. Is there mild sauces with these flavors?Last edited by sleepstalker; 06-25-2016 at 06:55 AM.

Thanks, I dont know about making my own but I will continue my search for a good hot sauce. I am researching different peppers.
Yeah its not bad. I had an idea I am going to try a yogurt before my meal. I watched some chilli heads on YouTube and one of the things they do to quench the fire is have milk on hand or peanut butter or something. Maybe the white rice absorbed some of the fire like bread ?

How about Tiger sauce?
It has a lil sugar in it but has good sweet hot taste. I love putting it on my eggs

Is there such thing as a bad hot sauce? I like Louisiana and Tapatio myself. They all have their pros and cons, I.e. Pros being they are delicious!
