    Diet whilst on test 400

Hi all I'm currently on a test 400 cycle and i was wondering whether I'm eating too much/not enough.

My goals are to make gains whilst loosing any body fat possible.

    Age: 24.
    Weight 13 st 1 lbs.
    Training for 4 years.

This would be my typical day:

07:00: 80g porridge with water or 4 weetabix with skimmed milk
    10:30: 1 banana
13:15: 1 chicken breast 125g brown rice and veg and a shake
    17:00: banana
18:45: 1 chicken breast 125g brown rice and veg
    Gym 19:15~
    After gym: shake
1 hour before bed: 170g greek no fat yogurt

With my job I do a LOT of walking (around 13-15 miles per day) 08:00-18:30

I was also thinking about adding clen to my diet? Would this be a bad idea?

Thanks for any adivce you could give me

You are unlikely to gain anything on that diet. I'm amazed you weigh what you say.

Why didn't you post this thread before you started your cycle?

What are the actual macro's for this diet of yours?

Can you post a pic so we can advise properly.

mate thats nothing, roughly would say aim for 220g protein, 250g carbs & 60g fats to start and see if you need to up it from there, i would say your only on about 150g protein, 170g carbs and 20g fats!!,

mate im still learning and no pro with compounds but you really need to tighten that diet before you use! 40% your carbs from sugar, need to keep that low! aim for about 200g carbs from oats, sweet potato, brown rice for now, keep to green veggies and replace bananas with 150g blueberries a day for fruit.
1.100g oats 50g whey mix with water
    2.200g chicken (about a breast) 200g rice
3.200g chicken & baked sweet potato
    4.post gym 250g total yoghurt,25g whey,blueberries & 60g oats
do that for a week then add another meal like 4 eggs or something before bed

cool bro, that diet is just a start, if you want to add some size you will need to up that ! end of 2 weeks aim to be on 6 meals a day, an extra meat source with veggies and work in getting some eggs in before bed for that extra protein/fats

No offence OP but you are nowhere near ready for AAS. You weigh around 182lbs, your body fat is probably higher than 20%, your diet is awful and you don't look you you have been lifting 6 months let alone 4 years. Add that to your very young age and you should seriously consider dropping your cycle NOW.

As I said no offence but you are looking at dangerous compounds to try and create something that a good diet and training regimen can achieve.

How far into your cycle are you? I'm assuming you have your ai, hcg and pct?

Food. Food is your best bet. Food is your best chemical--- especially with a lot of natural test pumping through your system.

Take advantage of what you have while ya got it. Otherwise, you'll more than likely start relying on the synthetic test which will either slow down or shut down your own natural test production. Reason: Your own test feels it's not needed anymore. Once this happens, your natural spigot slows down or shuts off.

Last thing you want to do is to start posting in the over 40 forum.
