    37 6" 225 TRT patient seeking advice

    Hey guys,

How does this look for a meal plan for a bulking/cutting fat? I'm eating super clean I'll list the foods that I'm eating but I just wanted to point out the macros first. The title says it all really. I'm 6' 225 in the gym 3 times weekly on a 1 hour duration light cardio to start fast walk on treadmill then heavy weight training followed by light cardio core training. Also light cardio on Sunday out walking nature trails and such. I'm a TRT patient taking test at 200mg weekly HCG 750u 4 times weekly anastrozole .5 weekly. Bloods are perfect 750 test 24 and 14 estrogen. I'm at about 27% body fat. My goal is to bulk up while losing belly fat.

Was thinking about blasting with test, 500mg a week for 8 weeks keeping HCG the same upping my anti estrogen to two doses, along with this diet and training could I reach my goals? Or get close?

Because I don't want to get skinny? I enjoy my size, so I'd like to keep it. I'd like to transition the size I have now (27% BF) to the same size with (18% BF) or get bigger! I don't really see a reason to drop all my weight and size then bulk back up, can't you do that at the same time?? But this is why I'm here, I need these answers! Is it possible to eat healthy and clean with an intense workout regimen 3 days a week and cardio once or twice a week to achieve both? Or do I jump on a bike run my ass off cross train with a caloric deficit to look skinny and my opinion terrible, to then bulk? I don't like the look of less than 15% BF. I lived my entire life a skinny guy graduating high school at 170 10% bf up until I was 27 at 185 15% BF which is where I felt most confident and heathy, but always wanted to be bigger. I had medical problems from 27 to 32 which is why I'm on TRT now, tested at 76 test over a year ago. Doctors tried everything to get me working again and nothing worked.. With all that being said, I may as well take advantage of the situation and get the size I've always wanted!!

Over 15% BF, not many will encourage AAS.

    Food is your best chemical.

If your on trt you don't need nothing extra right now. That's more than enough, just get a good workout program and lift and throw some cardio in. By the pictures it doesn't look like you been working out much lately. So you should be able to add some serious muscle just by eating good and working out hard. Give it 3-4 months and if you get serious about the gym you can most defiantly hit the second picture. Oh and you will be surprised at the improvement while on trt. Strength will go up each week.

If you stick with that diet plan for 3-4 months, train, and make sure you get your rest and recovery, you will be just fine. You're not going to get small.

I'm not asking if it's ok to be on AAS as mine is doctor prescribed.. I said I was thinking about upping my dose for a couple months thinking this would provide faster recovery time to my muscles. The sides most speak of on a test cycle and why most don't recommend AAS for folks with high BF is gyno and I have a shit ton of doctor prescribed anti estrogen on hand. I'll be fine I'm sure.

Ummm, not sure where to start on this one.. I wasn't planning on adding anything extra, just upping my dose for a few months in hopes of quicker muscle recovery.
I'm currently working with personal trainer at a hard core sweat shop gym the temperature in this gym hits 100 degrees daily also it's not a gym full of treadmills and bikes it's a gym with straight iron i go 3 to 4 times a week for one hour and i do light cardio on my off days walking trails and such.
My original post says this was my first week doing this training regimen and those pics were before my training started. I'll post more pics soon to show the progress.
I've been on TRT for almost 7 months.

Sounds good, but after only one week in gym, I would not recommend upping test. You need to realize that with the added strength comes added risk to your tendons. You don't want to hurt yourself man. Trust me been there, just go slow for a while you are going to make great progress. But if you still want to I can't make that decision for you. Just giving you advice. A lot guys think they add 500 mg test that they gonna be huge. Not gonna happen. Go slow, do it right.

Good decision, after you been training for 3-6 months come back and ask and will defiantly give some good advice here. But being on trt, you may not even want to still do anything more. You can make great progress just on the dose your taking. Good luck.
