hey starting new cycle on the 16th so diet advise please !!!
age - 25
wght - 82
hgt - 5.7
tdee - 2755
gaining cycle - test only 12 weeks
planning to eat 40 40 20 ratio
please suggest a diet

You already provided the macros you are going to eat. Exactly what you put in there is up to you and can be found with any quick Google search. For how long have you been training and eating correctly previous to this cycle?

workingout since 4years and good diet to
soo 40 40 20 is cool right ?

320gm pro
320gm carbs
70gm fat
do i need so much ?????

Overdoing the protein a bit otherwise it's Ok! Would be enough to have 200g - 220g of protein and fill the rest with carbs or some more fat to make it easy.

Tend to be enough to be 250-300 kcal over maintenance to gain weight without too much fat in my subjective experience!

alright great thnk you !! so il keep the protein at 250gm carbs 275gm and fat 100gms
