    My post cycle cutting diet.

Hi bros. I am finishing up my first cycle. Went from about 185 to 205. Didn't gain too much fat. Can still see the top half of my six pack. Pretty cool actually. Now it's time to cut.

Can you bros give me some advice on my cutting diet?

Here is the gist of it.
    Clen - ECA - 2 weeks on/off for 8 weeks total.

During the cycle I was eating about 3800 cals a day. Now I am thinking of cutting it down to 2800 mostly cutting the extra carbs.

I am trying to get a mix of:
    380g Protein
    175g Carbs
    63g Fat

I am trying to eat Protein and Carbs for the first 3 meals.
Protein and Fat for the last 3 meals. Minimal fat with carbs.

    Basic meal breakdown:
Meal 1: 9 egg whites, 80g lean meat, 1 cup (dry) oats.

Meal2: 55g protein from shake, banana, 1/2 cup oats.

Meal3: Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice (cooked), vegis.

Meal4: 2 cans of tuna 1 tablespoon flax oil.

    Meal5: Salmon with vegis

Meal6 55g Protein shake and some peanut butter or flax oil.

Getting 380g of protein is very very hard.

I also have a recovery shake with simple carbs after my heavy workouts.

I am doing cardio 3-4 days a week.

    Thanks for any suggestions.

Do what you want, but whatever you do... don't start it until at least 4wks after PCT is done...

    Correct.

That's also an assload of carbs and not enough fats for a muscle sparing cutting diet outline.

How much carbs and fat are we talking would be a good thing here?
And are you saying that I should continue to eat my on-cycle diet for a month after my PCT ends? I assume that is so I don't burn off my gains?
