    shake ideas for my girlfriend

My girlfriend and I just moved in together. She has put on a bit of weight over the past coupe years and shes looking to lose it. We have a really nice gym near our house so we have started training together. I know the most important thing to achieving your goals is a solid diet. I have calculated my TDEE and macros and developed a successful diet for myself and I will be doing the same for her.

We live busy lives and I drink two of my meals from a blender. My shakes consist of egg whites, oats, and whey. I will sometimes add natty peanut butter. I would like to try to develop a shake that would be good for her. Shes not too crazy about the oats and would like something "fruity". She went out and bought two flavors of ON whey protein powder- key lime pie and chocolate peanut butter.... I dont know how she planned on getting something "fruity" out of that. But I do have a bunch of vanilla I use. Anyone have any ideas? I know she wants fruit in it but she is trying to lose fat so shouldnt that be avoided?

Fruit is fine post workout or first thing in the morning when your glycogen is low imo..just prob don't need to be eating it all day

    Fruits good anytime

she could do this, get frozen strawberries or blueberries, add almond milk or egg whites, about 8 to 12 ounces to liquefy and add the whey, blend real good, its almost like ice cream if you add Splenda or real honey.
