what are your methods. the way i've started doing it seems like a big pain in the ass.

here's how did it.

1. select foods
2. find total calorie burn for on and off day.
3. find grams needed for macro goal (re comp, cut, bulk)
4. get my totals to match with the goal macro numbers
5. meal prep

it seems like cake, but i've been crunching a shit load of numbers. it sucks, so...
maybe i should just meal prep using only the total amounts and then eyeball measure that when i divide it all up into individual meals? that would be a whole lot Fvcking easier.
