Have to avoid white rice too, damned..
Brown pasta kind of bloated my gut, so i did try something new. Always liked white rice and didnt think much of it and have been on it for a week. Feel good in stomack. But then a little googlesearch and bye bye to my narrow gut. Bad for cholestrol.....ofcourse!!!!!...damned why does it have to be so difficult.
Main focus as a drugaddict, yeah, im not trying to call my self a PEDuser to be nice, is to control cholestrol. This will allow more roidsuse.
So back to the bloating brown rice/pasta again. Please let me now if you know a good easy digestive carbsource which are good for cholestrol.

Why not just eat the white rice
The little bit of cholesterol isn't going to hurt.

Because cholestrol is the only serious side i get from gear, heavy ones also, and therefore i try to eat only food that actually are good for cholestrol and cleans your veins and arteries.
Stuffed arteries is besides hct the only sides i fear.
And im planning a real nice highandrogen (drol, tren ..u know...real deal.)..cycle for christmas. But, first i need to get my cholestrol back to the pregearperiod. Thats why!! Or i need to drop the dosages or using test and deca and thats too boring.

I began with brown long grain rice, also low carb ~ 23g-carbs/100g dry content, boiled its about 3x the weight/volume.
Also steaming some frozen veggies like broccoli and cauliflower every day, there are some carbs and also lots of fiber to help bowel get rid of all the waste and supposedly good for your E2, doesnt bloat at least for me, otherwise try sweet potato

Short grain brown rice has much better flavor in my opinion.
Almost nutty.
And if you r home and not on the go....make it crispy....will completely change it

Brown or white its still the same rice, brown just have more fiber (although not the best fiber) and less chemicals.
Cholesterol doesnt come from the rice, it comes from what you eat with it.

I use Couscous a lot for ease, or pasta. I personally hate rice, i just find it a ballache to prep and eat.
If I recall rolled oats are good for lowering cholesterol. Im unsure how effective it is though.

Dietary cholesterol has almost no effect on the cholesterol in your body. You could find kelkel's thread of use here: http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...xperiment.html

Lots of fiber, probabaly about 35 to 40 grams for you a day will lower your cholesterol, plus taking slow niacin or non-flush niacin helps, along with fish oils of course

I find it hard to believe that white vs brown rice would have that large of an impact on cholesterol.
If you're looking for alternative carb source try legumes like beans and lentils.
The darker the bean the more micro nutrients it contains.
There's an interesting book called Blue States where the author studied cultures and groups who live the longest. One of the dietary habits they all share is eating at leat one cup of legumes every day.
