tweaking the plan because if forgot to subtract 500 cal. the grams i need per meal will auto populate, so it should be easy.
Also, i forgot if i used my lean mass to calculate the basal and heavy days.
im also making my veggie shakes incidentals.
so 2 things to do besides making all that god damn food.
i hate meal prep

finished after a short intermission. NOW all i have to do is cook and follow.
to calculate BF i used a 7 point caliper test. 12% BF again...
Are there any suggestions with how to tweak this. i could easily pump up the protein with protein after 8pm which is when i want to stop eating. something before bed isn't in this plan, but it can be easily added. if i'm going to follow it i want to do it right.Last edited by Tlolec the toilet; 08-20-2016 at 09:13 PM.
