    Getting Fat on cycle and looking like sh1t

    7/15 week cycle
    400mg deca / week
    500mg test / week

    my bench has gone up 30lb in 1 month, but i look like str8t ass now... I think it's because i'm mixing carbs with fats and consuming disproportionate amounts of both. I'm really considering a keto diet.

    from top left to right is the order. notice i haven't really grown either. fvck my life...

    OMG i suck at dieting. i really just need to get on the keto train. this weight needs to fvcking go away.



    i'm so small, but people are calling me big dog and sh1t. it's retarded! fvck.
    190lb / 5'9"
    4 point test with calipers bicep, tricep, side belly, under scapula put me at 12% BF, but with tape i'm probably about 17 - 18% now... one more % point and i'm done for with my career and there is a weigh in soon...

    You probably are eating like shit and eating way above maintaince , how many calories are you eating and what types of food what's you're macro break down ,

    I also would stay away from keto I was on keto for one year straight it's amazing for dropping weight. Key word weight I went from 225lbs 10% BF jacked as shit to 150lbs 4% BF and lost all my ducking muscle keto is good for fat people or healthy living who want to drop weight or be healthy I cut in keto I also bulked and ate massive calories 3000/4000/5000/6000 a day I tried everything and could not gain a pound on keto.

    Once you go keto be warned when you go back to carbs you blow up like a ballon I put in ten pounds a week for a month straight when I started carbs

    Also remember you are running deca test both make you hold a lot of water hopefully you are running an AI to come bat this ?

    oh yes i'm running aromasin . in fact when i got my bloods back i was told to cut down on my AI because my e2 was too low.

    i've been eating a lot of tuna, some salmon, some beef, and eggs (now just egg whites) have stayed away from processed carbs. literally the only carbs i eat are from Rolled Oatmeal, very little pumpernickel bread, and plain baked sweet potatoes.-and blended veggie shakes

    i'd say my biggest problem is the hummus i've been eating plenty of. also, i don't go easy on the fat. i need to start limiting my fat intake. especially when i'm eating carbs. i've been making a bad habit of eating the 2 together. the above is literally my diet. nothing else. also when i started the cycle i was consuming a good amount of coconut oil but i cut that sh1t out after doing a little reading on it.

    fvckin' hummus man.

    How many calories are you eating lol you're getting fat cause you're eating way to much no amount of drugs make up for a shitty diet

    It don't matter if you eat nothing but veggies all day eat to many and you will get fat this is 90% diet 5% training 5% gear

    First of all your not fat you might be gaining a bit of body fat..you need to be very concensous of what you eat weigh it count it add it up..forget keto just a balanced diet with the correct macro's and you'll be fine your naturally a lean person watch your sodium intake..I hold water with or without a AI based on carb and sodium consumption..play with it find your niche and use it to add or lose muscle..don't panic and lose all your muscle trying to diet down nobody is calling you fatty behind your back..

    im honestly not counting calories. i really want to avoid calorie counting.

    fat: too much
    protein: varies, but i was to eat 48g every 2 hrs. it's too many, i know.
    carbs: not very many at all

    fvck, i have to start counting this shit. diet is so plain it shouldn't be difficult...

    ok, next post is on the diet i've created for myself.

    You're using steroids and harming you're body and you won't even count calories and wonder why you are getting fat ?

    Eating fat does not make you fat , eating more calories than you need makes you fat don't matter if it's carbs protein or fat extra is stored

    I think you should reconsider steroids and work on you're doet and nutrition first steroids are not you're answer to gains if you cannot track you're intake you are wasting time money and harming you're body

    Once you get the feel for it you'll go through your day eyeballing everything it doesn't have to be that hard..I wake up I know what 50 grams oats looks like and what 1/3 carton egg whites is..weigh things for a week vary your proteins I've ate chicken for weeks straight then couldn't touch chicken for a month..good luck man

    Fats a more efficient fuel source then carbs (so im told I'm not a biology major lol) or whatever, but I'm told more good fats more you lose. You know that your body will put on fat etc when trying to bulk up and put muscles on them lean bones right. Your not going to look like mr Olympia through this whole process, bulk, cut, etc. steps ya know. But I know people,when prepping for contest etc that their main calorie intake is in good fats and this is to cut up

    check this out. i made it.

    are there any suggestions with how to tweak this. i could easily pump up the protein with protein after 8pm which is when i want to stop eating. Something before bed isn't in this plan, but it can be easily added. if i'm going to follow it i want to do it right.

    What the fukk are you talking about. U look great. Maybe you should check your e2?
    Stay at the steel. You have good genes. You could build a terrific body. But its a puzzle and roids are just one part. And if you wanna look good your strength increase is not relevant. Dont lift weigths, lift muscles. Only use the weigths as a tool to contract harder.

    Thanks, I'll keep it up. Forgot to drink coffee today and now feel like shit. biceps tomorrow.

    Chest still feels nice and sore from Friday and I've started to follow the diet plan. I have a real solid out for all the cross fit shit I've been doing, and tonight im going to pitch it to my "other bosses." good thing is that my main boss wants me to stop working out with the cross fit guys, so i can focus more on my guys. my guys are going to get that diet thing in a nice power point that will include caliper testing, the difference of taping, BF estimation, and TDEE. And we are going to the gym more rather than the damn track! there is still going to be a drop dead cardio day though.
