my bench has gone up 30lb in 1 month, but i look like str8t ass now... I think it's because i'm mixing carbs with fats and consuming disproportionate amounts of both. I'm really considering a keto diet.

4 point test with calipers bicep, tricep, side belly, under scapula put me at 12% BF, but with tape i'm probably about 17 - 18% now... one more % point and i'm done for with my career and there is a weigh in soon...
