Dang dude. I bet I'm not far off though. I and a few meals today but didn't train. And just went on a mild run With the dog through the woods. Probably burnt through the salad I had prior. Been eating hard boiled eggs all day lol. Fills you up man. Talking about the daily calories by the way

Pre workout, during workout and post workout.
25 grams whey with water
Bcaa mixed with Gatorade and water about 60 oz.
45 grams whey with milk, some noodles my sister gave me from here Chinese food or whatever. Got home about an hour later and had a burger. Sirloin beef mixed with venicine, white bun with some yum yum sauce.

Steaming bok choy, Napa cabbage, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, and some chicken breasts for meals over the next few days. Just finished rehydrating some wood ear and rinsing it.
Marinating some flank steak in a mixture of watered down low sodium soy sauce and a bit of diced ginger and will steam it tomorrow.
About 2.5 hours ago had a few crushed up tortilla chips, ground turkey, fresh guacamole, black bean and corn salsa, and numerous teaspoon dabs of FF Chobani yogurt. All topped with a couple oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Just knocked off a True Nutrition nighttime shake.There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Woke up and and to help my old man ouworking and then had to go to my sons birthday party. So I had a quick breakfast. Sausage links and 3 whole eggs. Mixed up some bcaa water and sipped that till I just got home. Hard boiled 12 eggs and ate 5. Working on my next meal here soon o yeah just made a cup of coffee mixed with coconut oil

Had zero organization today. Had an everything bagel with ham and Swiss. Followed up by 1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup milk and 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Bed time and then start new in the morning.

I was wondering that also but I guess he's trying to really lose some fat ...but when I seen 250/calories for the day I think it was, I was like whoa. This guys fasting probably or whatever. Hey if you burn more then you intake each day I guess you will lose. Just a matter of preserving that muscle mass

Each post is running total and its mostly accountability caloric wise
Goal being yes if i can lose a couple lbs of fat per year then im happy its all long term thinking really...knowing that as i get lower in the teens (bf%) the more difficult it has become
Eventually will try to improve macros to a leaner intake (more fish & lean chicken& greens)

I rarely go below 2000 and rarely go above 3000
And prolly avg 2500
Definitely much room for improvement but goals arent that lofty or needed immediate. ...love to be 217lbs at Christmas keeping most of lean i have

On the move all day hauling loads of wood. Started off with a protein shake in the morning (20gs ) and a hard boil egg or two (stomach wasn't up to the eggs for some reason) mixed up some bcaa water and added Gatorade powder because On my was going to be doing hard labor and figured I'd want the fuel since I won't eating steady.
Prior to leaving I had a ham and Swiss on a whole wheat wrap.

Got home to this ..spanks MOM
Porky chops no bone in some real thick ones with so,e yum yum sauce. And zucchini fried in coconut oil.

Early day, had to go with a shake/20 grams, 2 hard boiled eggs, mixed bcaa water and sipped it past 3 hours.
Got home had a bagel, ham and pepper jack cheeses. I'll wait a little while then take a pre workout shake and mix some bcaa and Gatorade.

Post workout. Was 45 grams whey, about 30 grams carbs.

1 everything bagel, pepper jack cheese, tomatoe
Yum yum sauce and ketchup
2% milk

45 gs whey milk/water split
Got home hour later or so, no dinner prepepred etc. so I had left over chicken wings. Pulled meat off and put it on a white flour wrap
Considering some Greek yogurt and fruit possibly
Followed by peanut butter sandwich and milk
