Agggghh..best part of getting pumped is coconut oil and coffee in your cup!
At this moment I don't have much but what has been a little part of my pre workout is 1 tablespoon of coconut oil mixed with a cup of coffee. Caffeine energy, along with actual fast digesting fat, MCT (medium chain triglyceride) energy... PS: I'm working on getting all my supply's needed including a gym passAttachment 165206

I don't like coffe without it anymore actually. Tastes so good with that coconut oil at the top. It also Cuts any sweetness from sugar if I put to much in. Which I normally do
