Hi, I'm 22, 6' and weigh anywhere from 195-200 at around 10-12% bf. I'm looking at doing a lean bulk and would like advice on macro ratios. I already use my fitness pal so I track all my calories and macros. Just wondering on a good ratio for a lean bulk to where I'll mainly be adding lean mass and not much fat and water. If you have any other advice besides macros I appreciate it all! Tyia
