hurray ME! Made Dieting Progress! 17 - 14 % BF!
lost and inch on my abdomen! for you dieting gurus out there this isn't shit, but it's the first time i've dieted successfully! AND I GAINED WEIGHT WHILE DOING IT! i want to keep going!
next weigh in i'll be overweight, but taping will be fvcking cake
mind you i'm using tape not calipers. last time i checked the calipers had me at 12% there is no way i'm less than 10% on the calipers though
from 183 - 189lb
the diet continues until i get to less than 10% then i'll clean bulk up to 14-15% again i think. still learning. would have loved to make drastic progress, but i didn't tinker enough. i need to start tinkering again.
i'm doing close to these macros
PERCENTAGES
protein: 0.55
carb: 0.20
fat: 0.25
