    Help me to lose fat

    Hi
    I am not experienced guy , my knowledge is very limited. So help to make a diet plan
    I want to lose body fat without losing muscle and gain more


    My Weight is 98kg
    Hight 6 feet
    Daily workout 30 to 40 min daily ( heavy weight)
    20% Body fat
    Also planning to run a sustanon cycle
    500 every week

    I don't like to eat many things so i want a diet plan based on these things only

    Eggs
    Chicken
    Potato
    Fruits
    Beef
    Rice
    Vegetable salad
    Butter
    Bread
    Whey protein

    Help me to make a diet plan with these things

    Pretty much good whole foods. And consider if your an easy gainer or not. I heard since I'm an easy gainer I should keep most of my carbs before and after working out. Rest of the day should be body weight at least of protein and lots of healthy fats plus carbs of course . Multi vitamin since I can't eat tons of veggies plus bcaaS etc.krill oil whey isolate pre and post workout for fast digesting protein when needed

    Unless you are a power lifter in the World's Strongest Man NO ONE should be running AAS @ 20% BF.

    Best advice I can give you is to hire a QUALIFIED nutrition expert to work with you for as long as it takes.
