alright brother .. Just calculated what you need on a little piece of paper. Now , assuming you are around 10-14 percent body fat and you lift an hour a day or every other day then your total daily caloric expenditure should come to around 3,295 calories to 3,500 calories. Now are you saying that you're bulking currently at 3600 or is that your maintenance ? For bulking most people would tell you to bump up your calories to 500 from your maintenance. If you want to lean bulk i would add around 300 calories to your maintenance cals, and some people eat 300 to 500 calories more on their workout days and they stick to their maintenance cals on off days .
