Question About Weight Gain: Natural Diet Based

Is it feasible, being natural to increase lean weight by a pound every 2 weeks? What is realistically viable per month if the diet is CORRECT and excess calories are taken over a maintenance level?

26 pounds of muscle in one year would be hard enough while cycling never mind being natural.

Thanks Dog. Do you feel its applicable if a person is 40 pounds under their ideal body weight. Does that possibly play a factor? Trying to learn here, heh.

My personal log is here: CrossOps Log: Pre Planning, Infrastructure, Diet, Training & Execution

Currently I am at 162. 6foot4inch. Very underweight I know. Lifestyle choices have consequences. Lesson learned. Absolutely appreciate your interest.

I am ordering everything I need at this time to do things right. Using Android "My Plate" to track calories etc. Married to a nutritionist (daughter also), so they love food prepping and planning.

Trying to figure out how to gain the weight, nurse the neck injury and work with the elevated SHBG.

Slow and steady wins the race in this case man. I'm also 6'4" so I understand the struggle. You can get to 210lbs with out gear. Just hard work.

I look forward to your log as well. Keep it up
