body fat percentage estimate.
OK. first of all I feel my progress with this lifestyle change fricken sucks. i feel like i should be leaner...
What is your estimate of BF% June through July?
However I do know nearly all my points of faltering
not eating every 2hrs
Not sticking to the diet plan, but instead eating different things based on estimates that i perceive in my mind. -too much fat probably
not doing cardio
not hitting legs as often as i should.
I'm pretty sure my progress has stagnated, i would really like to get leaner before i start a bulk.
i'm sure i have to rethink my BF% and TDEE, or start playing with my carbs and fats. i know i've posted it a million times but this is how i do my diet.
what else is wrong with the photos? and by that i mean proportions.

huh, looks like i need to work on everything as far as i can tell. this thread was purposefully made to help me become more motivated. I want the truth from the perspective of others. if i couldn't handle it i wouldn't have made the post.
did about 45 min hex and regular squats last night. also took my PCTs and TB 500. my legs are feeling it now, but later...

yup. that's what i thought. so you think i could fix this by keeping my calories the same and just upping the discipline, or do i need to change macro ratios for fat and carbs? I.E. reduce carbs
this prami has got me fuked up

I was going to say on me that's about 12%, give or take a % or so.
Not sure, but if you're looking for comments it sounds like you're working really hard to stay almost the same. I'm definitely not criticizing, but I can't tell a lot of difference in the pics other than maybe a little more vascularity in the forearms. On the bright side, many people would wish they look the way you do.

yea, i'm having a hard time trying to make progress.
i had a good cheat day today. i'd say. I think more discipline will do the trick. you should have seen my fat ass in jan. i just found it
i feel like if i can make one more step in notable progress i'll get somewhere satisfactory. 2 weeks ago i was pretty siked about the way i looked. now i want more
the exact problem is that I was fuking up my workout and non workout meal days due to a hectic work schedule. some solid discipline and a predictable schedule will make things easier.

"m fat turd"...hahaha, I don't know about that. I guess we're our own worst critic.

that's true.
I like this quote: Have no fear of perfection - you'll never reach it." -Salvador Dali
keep trying, but that's not the key. the key is to become progressively better at the work. sometimes though nothing beats elbow grease. i need more of that.

Maybe I missed it but what is your goal first off?
You have good symmetry I believe. I think adding a good solid 10-12 # you would look really solid.
I'm not sure of goal though...Beach bod, or big?
If I were u, I would bulk. Try to ga8n as much as u can (on cycle try for a good 15# gets you to 200) then try a small cut to get rid of any unwanted fat. And stay around 190-195. And go from there?
I didn't read whole thread though. Just thoughts.
U have a solid base man.
But have not seen the WHEELS?!?!?

beach bod.
I do HIT. (less than a min rest intervals, negatives, drop sets, held static positions, 6-9 reps, isolation/pre-fatigue, forced reps, partials) -just started BTW! loving it. getting good an sore! after every session.
The rough part is that with my job if i get weighed in and subsequently "taped" (not calipered) at 19% or beyond my career's progression stops dead in it's tracks and that means no retirement and possibly reduced benefits.
I can bulk, but i have to do so very carefully. i cannot go crazy like i would like to.
i didn't think to do the legs, but i need to put more focus on them. right now i'm just doing a HIT day of hex squats and regular squats for them. they are sore right now actually. this last session though did not include negatives. i love my negatives too. it was one of those stupid late night sessions and my wife limits me to an hr in the gym sometimes.Last edited by Tlolec the toilet; 10-07-2016 at 09:10 PM.

i'm going to take things nice and slow now i think. for my mass and current situation i don't need to diet anymore. especially while i'm on PCT. what's important for me are the things i've learned about dieting because it will help me control my waist size on a calorie increased diet.
anything else i should have taken away from this thread?
based on your photo you do not look like we have the same stats. you're all around thicker, but photos can definitely be deceiving. you look like you could easily be 210lbs at 15 or 16% BFLast edited by Tlolec the toilet; 10-08-2016 at 06:07 PM.

right, exactly. oh i think i see what you are saying. "dieting" is just kind of a word that i'm using. this is a life style. it's not temporary. the clean food and protein aren't going away, lol.
i'm going to increase the carbs and fat with protein still remaining 224 - 280 range. to be honest it's hard to meet my calories goals most days. i get full easily.
-i have no choice, but to continue eating clean because i'm overweight per my height, 5' 9." my max weight for my height is 186. anything over that and my job considers me overweight. then i have to get taped out. if i don't make tape my career is over virtually right then and there. either i continue this lifestyle, make myself skinny as F, or i just become a couch potato and don't do shit. i choose looking good and being strong. fvck that tape!
awesome incentive rightLast edited by Tlolec the toilet; 10-08-2016 at 08:30 PM.

You have definitely cut fat since January. I would say you are at 12%-13%bf now. Which is great at 5'9" and 190ish! There's not a lot of guys that can stay close to 15%bf at that height and weight bro! Good work man!

biceps tonight. i've finally gotten those M-Fvckers to start responding. i'm happy with this last cycles results, but they could have been far better.
Also ridding myself of research chems and using pharm grade instead.
i'd like to do things like the professionals here.
