I think the reason that you have not had any assistance is becauseof the following:
    1) you want help but you are selecting the foods???
    2) some of your foods are way too generic. Ie bread, homemade soup, etc
    3) you don't really sound committed

I am not the caliber of the people on this site, however I know a thing or two ( at least what works for me)
The first element is metabolism. If you eat more frequently, you will speed up your metabolism. Your diet plan should be 6 meals a day. Eat every 3 hours.
Do away with the bread, eat lean chicken (breast) and fish (tilapia). Most of all watch your carbs. For the most part, the carb content of my diet determines if it is bulk or cutiing.

The diet you posted needs to be broken down with quantities and meals, otherwise is just a list of foods.

First you need to calculate your TDEE, and from then on split the macros appropriate for your objective and individual differences.

go read thru the stickies and formulate a plan. there is a lot of great advice and diets in there to go off of.

once you have read through, post up your proposed plan and we will critique it
