Cutting diet prior to test only mass cycle

Would appreciate any comments on diet posted below. Let me preface by saying I am extremely busy so have tried to design based on simplicity - any tweaks have to be easy and efficient. Therefore I have not worried about keeping carbs pwo, but have simply distributed everything even throughout the day with the only alteration being the protein source for breakfast which is my pwo.

    Stats
    55
    TRT, HGH 4ius/d current
    6'0
    220lb
BF 21% (by recent BodPod measurement)

    Goal - 190-200lb (10-15%)

    Total kcal/d = ~2500
    1.5g prot/lb LBM = 47g/meal
    Carbs = 36g/meal
    Fat 20% = 9g/meal

Snack 1 (pre workout so I can drink some coffee)
    1 slice Ezekiel bread (5/15/2)

    Meal 1 PWO
    Oats
    Whey protein powder
    Fish oil caps

    Meal 2 - meal 6
Chicken breast/fish/or canned tuna (super busy days)/shrimp
    Sweet potato/brown rice/or oats
1 c broccoli (no kcal count here)
    Fish oil caps/olive oil

Work out - HIT (days are constrained due to child custody and work)
    Mon chest/tris
    Tue back/bis
    Wed legs
    Thu - Sat cardio - spin/elliptical 30 min

Would appreciate feedback and hopefully confirmation that I"m good to go. Day 1 today and bloated as I am coming off long time on keto, but feels good to eat clean!
