One of my favorite meals o use as a cheat. 6 oz grilled tri tip put on top of whole wheat tortilla chips 300 grams smothered with mozzarella cheese on top. Broil it till all the cheese is melted and salsa. That's about as bad as I get once a week at the most
Do the exact same thing with flank steak. Freaking awesome, but it is difficult to limit it to just one tortilla.
