    diet on training and non training days

    On a lean bulk do you guys prefer to eat the same amount of calories on training and non training days or do you eat more on lifting days and less on rest days.

    It really doesn't matter TBH. Just eat at a surplus throughout the week.

    wasn't sure if I was overthinking this or not. may go back to eating same amount everyday. Its a little easier to track progress on the scale.
