I'm not the best cook but this is the best thing I have ever made and i like to switch it up every week so this is a good one since I'm doing under 40 grams of carb diet daily .
12 oz of boneless chicken cut in half
1/3 cup of pork rind's
1 egg
tbsp. of olive oil
1/3 cup of shredded cheese
1 tbs of pepper
Crush the pork rinds up in a bag then transfer them to a bowl with the cheese and the pepper . Stir it up real good . Then in another bowl put the egg in and stir it up good .
Turn burner on and add olive oil in pan .
Dip the chicken in the egg then in the bowl of pork rinds and throw it in the pan took about 5 minutes on each side to cook . Taste so freaking good .
