I'm on a mission to lose 4 stone as I'm doing a challenge in July. However I work stupid hours and I want my diet to fit in with work. I have no time prep or anything. However what I do have is the determination to make it work... I need a plan, my spare time I literally focus on cardio and family life. I seen a lot of stuff online but I'm getting a lot of mixed messages. If anyone can point me in the right direction it will not fall on deaf ears. My work times vary from 6am till 4pm or 12pm till 22pm.
