You should eat more food and drink less 'mass gainer'.

Do you know your actual maintenance calories?

    What is your current diet?

What are the macro's of the above diet?

Agree ditch the mass gainer... if you need to use shakes make your own gainer...

    whey protein
    OATS
    Bana
    PNB

    blend

    enjoy

A bodybuilder told me when I started this lifestyle that there is not powder that will ever replace real food.

    Oh ok.

I know what Macros is, but I have no idea how to calculate it and what is necessary.

Can anyone help me create a good bulking diet with good macros that doesn't 2 include the mass gainer. I would prefer if It's simple with Eggs, Chicken, Brown Rice, Oats, string beans and etc. Things that are easy to make and cheap. I'm ok with being a bland, repetitive eater since I'm a student. An explanation of the macros too would be awersome so i could learn it and then adjust as I go on.
