Hey guys, I'm looking for some feedback/advice on my current diet. I will post several of my daily meals over the next week.

Meal 1:
- 3 whole eggs
- 3 egg whites
- 1 slice oatnut bread
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- small amount of cheddar cheese
Meal 2:
- 5 oz chicken breast
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1/2 package of asian protein blend (blend of whole grains, edamame, carrots, and red pepper)
Meal 3:
- 4.5 oz chicken breast
- onion, red and green peppers
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup refried beans
- small amount of cheddar cheese
Meal 4:
- 5 ozBaked creamy swiss chicken
- 1 cup Rice pilaf
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
Meal 5: Post workout
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop whey protein
Meal 6:
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp honey
