Any benefit to eating more frequently, 4 vs 5 meals?

I'm currently shooting for 200 grams of protein per day and looking to cut some fat.

I eat 4 meals per day. I get about 50 grams of protein per meal. Is there any benefit to having 5 meals instead with fewer calories per meal?

Theres enough researching showing meal frequency has no effect on body composition they compared 1 meal vs 3 meals vs 6 meals what matters most if daily macros or timing ,

spend some time reading some science articles on this will open you're eyes up but yes its hard to believe this cause we are use to eating like this but I enjoy not eating every 2-3 hours anymore I feel my body recovers better functions better and just over all mood and feeling

now eating every 3 hours will be better for MPS but research shows very little effect over a daily covereage

I'm all for less frequent bigger meals if there's no great benefit to more frequent smaller meals.

For most of my life I ate 5-6 smaller meals. Over the past several months I switched to 4 bigger meals. I'm a little heavier but also gained some strength.
