Good ways to prepare Brussel sprouts?

Trying to switch it up with my greens so I'm giving brussel sprouts a try. I bought a small bag of them and the directions said to just poke some holes in the bag and microwave them. They actually came out pretty good. I bought a bigger bag and tried steaming them and they don't taste so great lol. Maybe I didn't do it right but I'm wondering if anyone had any good methods to preparing these?

Fresh from produce tossed in a little coconut or olive oil sea salt and pepper and baked in the oven.

My wife's mom is a vegetarian and she made them for thx giving like this except added some pecans and chopped sweet potatoes with a little sugar free pancake syrup .. very tasty!!

Going off of what 405 said,

Place Brussels in casserole dish, add salt n pepper, olive/coconut oil, and drizzle a lil balsamic vinegar in it as well, bake until golden brown (30-45 minutes @ 350)

    No problem!

I think SFLA posted a thread or recipe for some as well, it may be buried in here or in the recipe section
