Hey everyone,
So over the past 7 months iv gone from 288 and now fluctuate in the 234-240 area. I seem to be stuck. I quit all sugars, grains (except rice sometimes as I love it) juices, and some dairy. I train muay thai 2 nights a week and boxing 2 nights a week. I work 1 week on 1 week off in camp so on my week at work I work on cardio, boxing footwork etc.
I have not really gone to a pro. I have done everything in my own so far. I was wondering if someone could assist me make a meal plan to stick to. My goal weight is 180-190 range.
Any help will be appreciated.
