Weight and body fat / muscle

    Hello all!
I have been focused since around the end of December in finally training properly at the gym.
I have always had a lift at home and a jog around the block but that's as far as it went ( literally )

I had a go in the scale / body mass machine at the gym.
Having weighed myself at home around Xmas time, I was about 12st 5 lb
Jan the 21st I weighed 12st1lb, bmi of 25.5 body fat of 19.9 and BFM of 15.3kg

    Just weighed again today.
Weight 12st 2lb. So it has gone up!
    Bmi is still 25.5
    Body fat down to 16.9
    BFM down to 13.0kg

    Does this look ok?
It's good the fat has gone down, does this mean the weight is now a result of more muscle

Also, the fat on my body feels very loose. Quite gross really. It didn't feel like that before.

    Cheers

I think you may be way over complicating things here. If your clothes are feeling looser then you are losing weight. If you are lifting for more weight or more reps (of the same weight)in the gym then you are getting stronger. Sounds like you're heading in the right direction. Keep it up.

Yes brother lift hard lift hard eat hard, cardio hard.

    I'm was at 125lbs a few years ago, I'm a good 150 now.

I support us light guys, most of us have a strength to weight ratio like a freaking Indy car.

Do not worry about pounds, focus on aesthetics and strength.

Is rather be 135lb benching 270, than 225lb benching 315.

    Ya dig.?

    Great stuff.
Basically keep hitting it hard, and if I'm not looking like a fatty then I'm on track!
    Nice one

    Edited up top,

Rather get twice my body weight on bench, than being 225 and benching 315

I don't get that I've been losing a lot of extra fat or size around my waist, I'm not fat..it's just that that is where I store my fat it seems around my love handle side and rear section as well as my lower chest area between my armpit and my chest but I've been seeing that slim down so much where is pretty much almost to where it's a straight v taper. And been seeing my lower chest line cut up more so...I've been clean bulking eating I guess..but lately I been doing a suedo Keto style diet /low carb to high carb back loading ...but my weight is the same ..216 with clothes on
