hungry on cycle?
Hi guys i started my first cycle test e,i know that test e didnt kick still,but i am bulking with 3630 kcal 309p 320hc and 82 f. 192 cm 82kg and sometimes i feelhungry,the calories are 500 surplus.Just keep hungry and continue with this calories?or should i up the kcal for dont feel hungry?

Your macro's add up to approx 3250 not 3600.

Yeah a lot of chicken breast and rice but i like and are nice aliments and not have much money.I have all aliments with his nutritional information tracked.The only one i dont know exactly is chicken breast that i searched on internet and put the value of 115 kcal for 100gr.
I am eating this calories and feels hungry sometimes
