Pre-workouts everyday ....?
I've always used a pre workout before training usually eat 1 hour prior than 30minutes after eating and 30 minutes before training I take a pre workout usually super nova or something with a good amount of stuff in it ,
I always take a pre workout just habit but once in a while ill cycle off the caffine ones but is it good to cycle off pre workouts in general ? are they even worth that little extra they provide ?

I'm not a fan. I know they're popular, but for a while it seemed every week they were pulling one for some crazy reason or another. My pre-workout every day is a cup of dark roast coffee and 5mgs of cialis. It does way more than any 50 dollar pre-workout.

Pre's are tricky, if i would have ran my usual pre with clen , I,may have had big troubles. My pre contains higenamine hcl at 30mg and 210mg caffeine. Higenamine is a beta 2 drug like clen, add 210mg caffeine to that it sounds like trouble.
Thank god I recently researched higenamine, or I would have blindly stacked some goofy shit.

I seen an empty container in the garbage can at my gym..it was some pre workout called "the curse" I was like wtf. Lol. The crazy shit,people take. I personaly like finding out the actual active effective ingredients that is in anything and then I'll buy just that and make my own.
I just ordered 2.2 lbs of L-luecine, 2.2lbs of glutamine and 2.2 lbs of 2:1:1 bcaa powder lol.

I take supernova as well on a regular basis because its 200mg caffeine. If I feel tired Ill take something with 300mg caffeine but I might do that once every week or two. I see nothing wrong with taking caffeine every day. After a few months I start to get headaches thru the day and they wont go away unless I take caffeine... at this point Ill quit caffeine altogether for a couple weeks. First couple days are hell but im fine after that.
Definitely cheaper to make your own pre formula and I used to do that a couple years ago but at this point I'd much rather pay the $1-2 per scoop than take the time and effort to make my own.

I became too addicted to caffeine where I could no longer function without it.
I stopped and when I do drink coffee,I make sure I go with my workouts non stimulated.

I used c-4. Liked it but I found something waay better.
I cant use it every workout or every week even but an eca stack leaves me with pumps out of this world and I hit it freaking hard when I start that first set. Use too much too long and when you come down it will affect your drive in general in a real bad way. Its still worth it to me. Not to mention the fact that its a bronchodialator means I keep my wind longer. Nothing off a shelf can touch bronkaid/caffeine/asprin for my preworkout.
