Starting a new Job Monday ,
so im trying to figure out my new training time and eating schedule ,
working 8am-5pm with one 1hour lunch break
was thinking does anyone intermittent fast and still get optimal gains ? would make my life easier but only by a little if its worth it ,
Break fast around
12:00pm
5:00pm pre workout meal
train 6-7pm
7pm PWO shake
8pm Dinner
10pm Bed meal
I could throw in a meal at 7am like eggs and egg whites , but fasting may be a better choice if it wont hold gains back as for carb intake Im having carbs pre workout and pwo shake and ppwo meal so 3 meals around training rest are PRO/FAT
I understand having a 8am breakfast will get me protein into my system earlier but does that really matter..
