    Fat gain during 3rd cycle.

    I've just completed my third cycle (report to follow soon), which was pretty successful. However, I've gained some stubborn fat around my obliques and lower abs which I want to get rid of. I'm unsure of what the best approach would be now I've finished my PCT: calorie deficit to lose fat or wait until 4th cycle to think about fat loss? I know from past experience that as soon as I drop calories I naturally begin shedding a little too much weight. Can anyone offer some tips/advice?

    My personal preference is to cut while on cycle unless you have a need to cut right away. If you want to control the fat, just adjust your eating slightly. I mean slightly, maybe 5% from your total TDEE caloric intake.

    Cool, I'll look into that and perhaps combine it with more cardio.
