Yes i just started going to the gym 3 times a week.
Normal day eating is
Breakfest 7:00am
Oatmeal
Black coffee
Meal 2 9:30am
Chicken breast
4 egg whites
Water
Broccoli
Lunch 12:00pm
Tuna
Asparagus
Green tea with lemon
Almonds
Meal 4 3:00pm
Whey shake
Dinner 6:00pm
What ever my wife makes
Well, I'd hate you to start a diet plan by eating too little, it will leave you nowhere to go when weight loss stops.
There are no amounts listed but I bet that is much less than 1000cals plus dinner.
How long have you been eating like this?

In general, when starting this process, simply trying to eat healthy (not less mind you) and exercise will have a huge impact.
