You don't really need to make a diet with those stats.

Please post a typical days eating that keeps you at that weight.

    do you exercise?

Well, I'd hate you to start a diet plan by eating too little, it will leave you nowhere to go when weight loss stops.

There are no amounts listed but I bet that is much less than 1000cals plus dinner.

How long have you been eating like this?

What was your diet like before?

I'm going to go out on a limb, at 6' 350, your a bit more than 30%

Not poking fun, trust me I was a large fella at 5'6" 255 lbs. I dropped a lot down to 135 lbs in a little over a year.

Be careful of hidden sugars and underestimated amounts of food.

I weighed things a lot with scale

Also don't starve off yourself, after a while you'll start holding onto fat and burning muscle.

Be careful of starchy carbs, stick to cruciferous veggies and fibrous fruits

    Avoid oranges and bananas.

Don't just eat whatever your wife makes, make sure it fits into your plan of healthy eating, or make her cook what you want.

Fatass haha. That's dang good! And OP, you're on the right track. Let these guys work on that diet first and see what happens. Good luck!

As Back in Black mentioned no diet is needed at those stats. Do not think of what you should not eat but what you should eat more of. In general, when starting this process, simply trying to eat healthy (not less mind you) and exercise will have a huge impact. Starting to weight and count everything gets old fast and makes people quit.

Fatass was a compliment to me back then. "Wtf a beached whale landed on the couch and is watching three stooges" is more accurate.

I went vegaterian for 7 months, (I ate way too little and exercised too much, and made reverse gains) if I would have ate proper cals I would have gained muscle and lost fat. I just lost tons of weight quick.

Then after 7 months did 1500 cal a day, with 150g protein, and 15g fat, and the rest coming from rice n broccoli

Best thing you did was start a log/thread

Looks like the guys have gave you some solid advice

I just want to add, consistency is the magic pill in all of this. Keeping a daily log on here will help keep you accountable and motivated!
