B6 and Vit E - Helping with Gyno
When I was 17 playing HS football and soccer I took a prohormone in the offseason... I didn't know what I was taking, it was sold as a hardcore supplement from the store owner. Shit had superdrol in it and I blew the fuck up it was awesome.... Lost all my cardio though.
I came off without a pct.. Obviously. I decided to see a doctor months after the cycle because I was having common side effects and realized I had taken a steroid . We monitored my bloods monthly and I returned to normal levels naturally. However, I had epic puffy nips...
I went on to college and played soccer. We worked out and I developed a great athletic build with little body fat, but always had weird puffy nips... I always blamed estro, but never had a lump or anything. After learning my gyno was prolly Prolactin related, I came across people who swear B6 and Vit E decrease prolactin, puffy nips.
Long story short I have been taking the Vitamins for a month and I cannot believe it!!! IT is almost non-existent. I used to only like my physique when I was nipping and you couldn't tell but now I'm itching to get my shirt off. NO HOMO
IF you fuck around with the juice or just have Puffy nips I recommend giving this a try!

They help not only with prolactin but also enhance the metabolic pathways that get rid of estrogens.
What kind of vitamine E have you been taking? There are many. Dosage?
