Started drinking a post smoothie but belly been growing and it's been the only thing I've changed in my diet. I haven't stopped because it really helps my mood and I feel better drinking it right after working out.
1/2 cup oatmeal
1scoop protein 25g
Creatine 5g
1banana
About 3 big strawberries
About 5 blueberries
1 spoon pb
Been thinking it might be too much sugar and carbs, could I drop the fruit and pour another whey scoop?
