    General Question

Hey guys I have a general diet question in mind. I've seen many daily meal guides on the site and I have adopted one imparticular because it seems that it was good for someone my height, weight and goals I'm trying to reach.

One question that came up today though was that whether I should eat the same kind of meal plan for training days and non-training days. It does seem logical that I wouldn't consume as much on an off day but I thought I'd throw the question on here to get some expert opinions.

Look into carb cycling. Some people like to decrease their carbs on non-training days.

It doesn't matter, it's not how much you eat in a day but how much you eat over a period of time.

Generally,on Sundays,i only eat three times. These meals are smallish, and don't go by the rules.I eat whatever i feel like eating,at whatever
time suits me.This relaxed attitude, gives my body a welcome break, and also makes me feel better mentally.
Good or bad? don't know, but it feels good, and that will do.
