Leaving cooked chicken out of the fridge

    Hi all,

I currently have a slight problem. The current job i work at do not have any fridges. i currently work 4 hours before i have my break. At the moment I eat tuna and rice but wanted to change my diet to chicken with rice and veggies. Is is safe to leave looked chicken out of the fridge for 4 hours or would i run a risk of getting food poisoning? If anyone could give me any possible alternatives I would greatly appreciate it

    Thanks in advance.

I just finished my servsafe certification. Cold food can be out of Refridgeration above 41 degrees for 6 hours. Before it needs to be discarded and hot food can be left out for 4 before it needs to be discarded. Hope this helps
