    Post-Cycle Diet

I am about to finish out my 12 week, 500mg/wk Test-E cycle. I kept my diet in check for most of the 12 weeks and managed to put on roughly 12lbs that I am sure is muscle cause my fat percentage hasn't increased. I went from 202 to 214. So now that PCT is upon me, I usually do a little bit of a cut around this time of year. I am okay with losing some of the strength but I definitely don't want to lose any of the size. What diet do you guys recommend for a post-cycle cut to try to preserve size if at all possible?

Increase your carbs/cals and shorten & intensify your lifting if you want the best chance of retaining your gains.

Personally I wouldn't cut until I had post cycle blood work to show that my HTPA has been reset.

Imo eat over maintenance through PCT and then drop calories down to maintenance after a few weeks.

So looking at postponing a cut for about 12 weeks (2 wks off, 4 weeks PCT, 6 weeks after PCT for BW)

Will do. Should I add in a higher intensity cardio to burn more cals? or is cardio typically rough when on PCT?

I usually take creatine post cycle to help mitigate strength and muscle mass loss.

I'd be inclined to drop cardio for the duration of pct and a couple of weeks after other than maybe a couple of short HIIT sessions per week.
