Quick question: if you miss a meal is it better to eat two to catch up or leave it altogether?
I try to hit my macros everyday. I would increase the size of whatever meals I had left to make up the difference.
I would increase portions of remaining meals if you miss it early enough. I wouldnt go eating a huge double meal right before bed though, not sure your goal though.
