5ft 9 or 5ft 10 not sure lol
Been lifting 2 and a half years, gained 40lbs
Can't seem to break past 184lbs, I don't know what's going on; I'm eating 4300 calories a day and I don't seem to be growing
Every training session I'm hitting heavier weights each time but doesn't seen to be showing weight wise.
please help lol
Also I have a physical job that's why I'm eating so much, but it's getting to the point where there isn't enough time in the day to eat more and actually get work done too lol
