    Working out 6 days per week, yet no size gains

    Hey guys, I'm working out 6 days per week now while intermittent fasting, which gives me a window of 7 hours to consume food during the day...
    I'm trying to add size while intermittent fasting and I dont think its working...

    I'm doing a mix of Powerlifting, regular bodybuilding and calisthetics, this is the same workout which helped me gain 15 lbs in 2 months while I was on SARMS ... yet after I stopped my cycle I have lost about half of those gains and now I'm just maintaining myself...

    I'm doing 1 hour of martial arts cardio followed by 1 hour of weight lifting... so 1.5 - 2 hours per day, you'd expect to make some gains.

    Help guys!

    You are doing two things glaringly wrong.

    1. Exercising way to much. You need to calculate your TDEE to find how many calories you are burning.

    2. Intermittent fasting while working out 6 days a week?!? You are starving your muscles of much needed protein and energy. You literally are not allowing them to recover let alone build.

    If you were cutting this would be a great routine.

    I agree. I personally can't bulk training 6 days a week. Your muscles need rest to grow

    I'd do a push pull workout or 4 days a week different body part training

    Pick one and focus on it for a while. Plus, cut your gym time way back. You grow at home.

    I got lots stronger and less pain when I lift less.
